214 homes sold in February in the Aiken region at a median price of $270,865.

Year-to-date, sales volume has increased 0.5% with 439 homes sold 2025 compared to 437 at this point last year.

Median sales price is $282,508, a 3.8% increase from last year, when the median price was $272,200.  Inventory data shows 14.3% fewer homes for sale than the same period last year, with 1,022 homes listed as “active” for sale in Aiken at the end of February-representing just over 3.5 months of available inventory.
